POLICIES

• Check-in time is anytime after 3:00 p.m. or later.

• Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.

• Due to our high standards for cleanliness, not all units will be ready for check-in promptly at 3:00 pm. We ask for your patience and suggest that you have alternate plans available between 3:00 and 5:00 p.m. in case the cabin is not yet ready.

• A fee of $25.00 per hour will apply for late check-outs. (when available) Late check-outs after 4pm – full rate will apply.

• A 2 night stay on weekends is required. 

• A 3 night stay on all major holidays.

• 1 night stays are considered and based on availability.  

• To secure your cabin reservation a major credit card is required to guarantee your cabin. We accept Master Card, Visa, American Express, and Discover.

• All cancellations will be charged a $50.00 cancellation fee.

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of your reservation will be charged 100%

• All Cancellations MUST BE CONFIRMED by phone. We regret that we can not accept cancellations by e-mail or voice mail. 
Refunds are not available for late arrivals or early departures.

• We require a 21-day notice of cancellation to avoid a 1-night penalty charge.

• Holiday weekends and the four bedroom cabins require a 30-day notice of cancellation to avoid a 2-night penalty charge.

We have created a lot of friends and met a lot of special people in this business.  It’s our favorite part of our business.  We regret that we must list some violations & fines based on experience from a very small percent our campers.  Thank you for helping us keep our cabins safe & clean for many future visitors.

No smoking in cabins. 
Any evidence of smoking will result in an excessive cleaning charge of $150.00.
Some cabins allow pets and are charged as an additional per person charge.  For those cabins where pets are not allowed a $150.00 daily charge will apply.
