Dedicated to my parents, the Grandma/pa Cabin is full of charisma. The Grandma/pa cabin offers a cozy atmosphere that seems to embrace you in this special place.

Floors/Size Rate Range Check-in time is anytime after 3:00pm and Check-out time is 11:00am. Cabins are “Self Check-In”. An e-mail confirmation will be sent with driving directions to your cabin. All cabins have combination lock codes; please call a few days prior to your arrival to obtain the code. A major credit card is required to secure your reservation. A $50 per night advance payment is required at the time of the reservation. The balance is due 7 days prior to arrival.

Guest Policies:To Make a Reservation For One of The Cabins near Broken Bow or Beavers Bend - Payment & Deposits Beavers Bend Lodging Reservations can be made on-line or by calling: 1-580-494-6639 or toll free 1-888-494-6639. You must be 21 to rent a cabin in Broken Bow Oklahoma and all guests occupying the cabin must be 21 unless occupied by a parent or guardian. Down payments: To secure your reservation for your visit to Beavers Bend in Broken Bow, we will need a major credit card number to apply the down payment: A $50 advance payment is required for each room night reserved. (For example: A cabin stay of 2 nights will require a $100 advance payment, a cabin stay of 3 nights will require a $150 advance payment, 4 nights requires a $200 advance payment, etc.) FINAL PAYMENT:Seven (7) days prior to arrival your credit card will be charged the full balance due (minus the deposit). If you would like to split payments, please ask each person in your group to call or e-mail us to arrangement payment. We accept money orders, checks, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. (mailing address in Broken Bow is noted below) CANCELLATIONS: If for any reason you need to cancel your reservation the down payment will not be refunded. for our cabins in
Broken Bow or Beavers Bend . All cancellations of cabins MUST BE CONFIRMED by phone and will be issued a cancellation number for your file. We regret that we cannot accept cancellations by e-mail or voice mail.Your reservation is not cancelled unless you receive a cancellation number. Check-in time is anytime after 3:00 p.m. or later. time is 11:00 a.m. Housekeeping fees will apply for late checkouts. Most dates require a 2-night stay. 3 night stay on all major holidays and selected dates throughout the year. Our office is North of Broken Bow, Oklahoma and south of Beavers Bend State Park located at our Gift Shop: Janet's Treasure Chest We do not request guest to check-in through the office. All cabins in Broken Bow and Beavers Bend have combination lock codes; please call a few days prior to your arrival to obtain the combination lock number.
